Delhi Land & Finance, DLF, is a major real estate development company in the Delhi National Capital Region in India, with projects in residential, workspace, retail and urban design sectors. One of their most notable recognitions is their role in development of Gurgaon, which is the hub for all MNCs in North India.
DLF, after developing Gurgaon, bought back most of the undeveloped/unsold land parcels from the govt. and developed them into multifamily residences, called independent floors in local terminology. Approximately 250 land parcels were developed in phases named alphabetically, with each phase having around 10-12 land parcels.
I worked on 5 such development phases, from Phase F to L. My work includes experience in working on all phases of design, from schematic to construction.
